    Wadtawan Ketbunthorn has started her music study on Violin for the first time when she was 13 years old with Ajarn Poonsook Kularbwong  at Dr.Sax music school. She has decide to continue her music study in college of music Mahidol university which she was accepted as a member of young artists music program in 2014. She studied Violin performance with Aj. Servio Bona, and has participated in several master classes with Kevin Lawrence ,Peter Schuhmayer ,Mr.Gael Rassaert and Birgit Erz.

     And then in 2015, she has applied for PGVIM and finally got accepted to the institute. 

  She was awarded Princess Galyani Vadhana International Ensemble  Competition 2018 in category A : Large ensemble as a first prize (PGVIM string ensemble).

   Morakot Cherdchoo-ngarm is a Thai Composer who won the grand prize award from Young Thai Artist Award 2010. His compositions have a harmonious combination of melodies and unique melodies. He is one of the very first who did the performance presented Thai melodies in his composition which was performed on international stages, such as at Flute Festival Singapore 2018 and recently this year at 4th Congreso Latino Americano de Clarinetistas in Peru. In addition to that, there are other music festivals he joined such as Thailand Flute Festival 2018, Thailand Brass and Percussion Conference, Thailand International Composition Festival 2015 & 2017 and Thailand International Wind Symphony Competition 2018.

   With the style of composing that combines charming music and his unique identity, it brought him to obtain commission from various projects such as an honor to compose the music for 100th birthday of Fua Haripitak; Commemoration of 130th anniversary of Phraya Anuman Rajadohn. His work was commissioned by Tacet (i) Ensemble, Salaya Modern Ensemble, Mahidol Wind Orchestra, Thailand Philharmonic Orchestra, etc. His composition and arranging works have been performed all over 10 countries around the world such as Germany, Singapore, France, Peru, Taiwan, Croatia, Italy, Australia, U.S.A, etc. 

   Apart from being a composer, Morakot is also a pianist and arranger of Grand Opera (Thailand), and a composer, arranger and pianist of Thai Youth Choir. Together with these groups he had performed both in Thailand and abroard such as Spanish Art Song and Operetta concert under the support of Spain Embassy, Australia Embassy Concert at Goethe Institute, Swiss Art Song at Switzerland Embassy. He was a rehearsal pianist for the opera Mae Nak (Classical Ghost story of Thailand) and Dan No Ura by Somtow Sucharitkul; Purcell’s Dido & Aeneas; Poulenc’s Les mamelles de Tiresias; Franz Schubert’s Sakontala as directed by Pattarasuda Anuman Rajadhon. He was an accompanist-in-Residence at the Winter Journey 2015 & 2016 Music Camp. He also arranged “The Merry Widow” by Franz Lehar for piano trio, of which the production was directed by Benoît De Leersnyder and performed at Chomdong Palace in Huahin.

Morakot graduated with a Bachelor of Music in Music composition from the College of Music, Mahidol University. He studied composition with Atibhop Pataradetpaisan and Valeriy Rizayev. He studied piano with Pitsanu Kaewkampaeng and Dr. Nopanand Chanorathaikul. He also won the 3rd prize from 8th Bangkok Chopin Piano Competition in the Fourth Age Category and won the runner up award from Yamaha Thailand Music Festival 2005.

  Waewtawan Ketbunthorn has began her piano lesson when she 6 years old at Yamaha Music School , Waewtawan was studies high school into the College of Dramatic Art , when she 16 years old has begen study piano with Aj. Revadee Vootiprux at BuangSuang Studio. and then in 2014 she was accepted into Princess Galyani Vadhana Institute of Music and studies Piano Performance with Dr. Frank Reich , Dr.Elissa Miller-Key and opportunity to masterclass with Pietro Bonfilio , Jacqueline Leung , Philippe Guilhon.
